Introducing our Unique Lady of the Month for November:
Angela Gray
Partnership and Fundraising Director at The Endeavour Project
With over 25 years experience in the charity sector, Angela is now Partnership and Fundraising Director at Endeavour Domestic Abuse Service, based in Bolton.
Angela is a regular at Unique Ladies Chorley, and Endeavour have been our charity of the year on numerous occassions. Her annual Ladies Lunches are legendary, definitely not to be missed.
One of her favourite books is The Promise by Emma Heatherington, it is an uplifting story of teenagers Kate and David. Brought together during the darkest of times of the Troubles, a spark of hope is ignited between them – a hand held in the darkness, a promise whispered. Neither of them will ever forget those moments…… sounds like one to read!
Like many of us Angela’s words of wisdom to her younger self would be “Everything happens for a reason and it is never the end of the World” – wise Words Angela!
The one thing she couldn’t live without is “Family”.
When we asked Angela more about the Endeavour Project, she told us “There is never a day I don’t want to go in, this is such an important charity supporting people and pets affected by Domestic Abuse and it is simply Amazing.

WHAT’S YOUR FAVOURITE…
…holiday destination? Tossa De Mar Costa Brava, simply beautiful, peaceful relaxing and only two hours away.
…food? A really good fresh salad, with fresh fish.
…music? Anything by David Bowie.
…author/books? Jo Jo Moyes.
Will you share an interesting fact about yourself?
In 1997 I overturned a government consultation in children’s health care the first time it had been done in history.
