We are delighted to announce the signing of Emma Bradley who joins us from Blackburn Rovers.

Emma who was capped at England U17’s and previously at Manchester City was with us on loan for a short spell last season and she was excited to return. “I’m really excited to be back at Chorley for this season, there’s a real buzz about the team and everyone believes that we can finish in a strong position this year. I’m looking forward to developing as a player and as a person this season, as well as enjoying football again and I know that Chorley with the support of Ben, Blandy and Sam will help me achieve this.”

Manager Ben Gooden had this to say about his new signing “it’s great to have Bradders back this season. After having her on loan for a short period of time, it’s flattering that she wants to come back because it shows that we are creating an environment where players want to come and play. Chorley have a history of having very good goalkeepers and we’ve been fortunate that the keepers we’ve had over the last year have been top drawer too. With this signing, not only have we got a very talented goalkeeper but we’ve also got a huge character joining us and we need more of that.
