Hello, I’m Katie… I have only ever worked in finance, initially with a major bank for 12 years in a variety of roles, but for myself as a Mortgage, Protection & Will adviser since 2015. I have two boys aged 5 + 8 who are both in school so I home-work to fit around them! I pride myself on the 121 one relationships with my clients that start with a conversation but I end up meeting multiple members of the family at different life stages to either buy their first home, find the best deal on their mortgage and protect their families, invest in a Buy to Let property, draft their Wills or Lasting Powers of Attorney. One thing always leads into another and I love that I get to know all my clients so well!!

Which Unique Ladies group(s) do you attend? My favoured Unique Ladies group is Bolton where I have been attending when I can since the very first group in 2015!
What’s your favourite…
…holiday destination? We LOVE to travel and we are so happy now that the boys are old enough to do long haul flights! We have just come back from Disney World Florida and my husband and I have bought each other travel guides for our future road trips to Canada and USA that we hope to do over the next couple of years!
…food? I am generally an all-round foodie but I do love tapas and travelling frequently to Spain. Nothing gets us through the winter months better than watching A Place in the Sun!
…music? My favourite music has to be Michael Buble – I have been a fan for many years now and love going to his live concerts for his beautiful voice and the big band! Cry Me a River is my all-time favourite, I think!
An interesting fact? I have two different coloured eyes!
A favourite quote… I do love a quote, but something quite humorous that tickles me at the moment is from a birthday card – “it amazes me how much exercises and extra fries sound alike” – I know which I’d prefer!
One thing you couldn’t live without? Starbucks and a Venti English Breakfast Tea!
